These Terms & Conditions Fickle Applies to all use of platform services. "fickle", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating the fickle.bet website and its associated mobile applications. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual registered on fickle.

By registering on fickle, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Registering an account on fickle is completely free. However, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account termination and forfeiture of any balance at any time.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID or passport. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Keep your password strong and update it regularly

Minors are strictly prohibited from using Fickle. Anyone found to have registered using a false age will have their account permanently suspended, and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

Fickle currently supports the following payment methods:

Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming. Third-party payments are not accepted — deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

To withdraw funds from Fickle, you must first complete KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit.

Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes on average. Larger amounts (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours.

• If you have an active bonus, it may need to be cancelled before a withdrawal can be processed
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 (may vary by VIP tier)

Every bonus offer on fickle comes with its own specific terms. As a general rule, a certain amount must be wagered before any bonus balance can be withdrawn — this is known as the wagering requirement.

Only one bonus can be active at a time. If any misuse or attempted fraud is detected in connection with a bonus, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

All Sports Betting and casino games on fickle are governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless a verified technical error occurred.

• Sports Betting: Bets can be placed before a match begins or within the live betting window. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, all bets will be refunded.
• Casino Games: The RTP (Return to Player) for all games is clearly stated and regularly audited by independent third parties.
• Live Casino: If a disconnection occurs during a live game for any reason, the hand will be considered void and your bet will be refunded.
• Crash Games: Provably fair outcomes are guaranteed through server seed and client seed verification.

Fickle reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds in a betting market. In cases of a Manifest Error, the outcome of the bet may be corrected.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on fickle and will result in permanent account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses
• Placing bets using match-fixing or insider information
• Using any software or bot to place automated bets
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's security systems
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources
• Hacking, phishing, or any fraudulent activity
• Accessing another user's account or attempting to steal their information

You may request to close your account at any time. Once you email our support team, the account closure process will begin within 24 hours. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

As part of its responsible gaming commitment, Fickle offers a Self-Exclusion feature. Your account can be locked for a set period — from 1 month to permanently. Any new account created while a self-exclusion is active will be immediately closed.
